A packed audience of 120+ construction industry professionals heard how years of success using CFD in motorsport and aerospace is helping the architecture and design of tall buildings.

The design and development of tall buildings is experiencing the same challenges which International Motorsport confronted around eight years ago.  ‘Hi-Res’ CFD is making valuable contributions towards proposed tall buildings within crowded cityscapes such as the recent high profile, 278 metre Central London project known as ‘22 Bishopsgate’.

Nick Wirth and Rob Rowsell’s presentations explained the development of CFD within the motorsport arena and its relevance of Hi-Res’ CFD to architecture.
