We welcome applications from students who are looking for experience in the Technical Administration department. It is essential that students have achieved a good standard of mathematics at A level and should preferably have experience of Excel. Wirth Research can offer a minimum two week experience in this department.

All candidates must be able to demonstrate a desire to work to the highest standards and a willingness to adopt new technologies. Candidates must be able to read engineering and lay-up drawings to achieve the required component specification.
In this role, you will be a part of the Trim Department and be required to trim, fit, bond and assemble to a high quality. You will ensure that all standard operations and procedures are adhered to.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work in accordance with the schedule set by the Composite Manager
- Ensure jigs and other equipment are maintained to the correct standard
- Ensure all work carried out maintains component traceability and company procedure
- Work in other Composite departments when required
The successful candidates will need to be confident and competent in all aspects of their job and, be capable of a high standard of work, self motivated and be able to meet tight deadlines.
